Michele Roush, PhD, is director of NLP Consulting & Training, and has facilitated individuals and groups since 1985. Using a positive orientation, she specializes in providing advanced communication skills that are easy to learn and apply. She guides her clients toward integrating optimal self-care as a driving force in the service of personal and professional wholeness. Michele’s approach includes synthesizing NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Based practices.
Madea Owen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has extensive experience using Mindfulness as a tool for change for mental health and increased wellbeing. She has taught Mindfulness practices to individuals and groups of all ages, from children to older adults. She has completed several intensive Mindfulness courses as well as Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer courses. Madea uses Mindfulness in her life as a daily practice for self-care since her early 20s, and has found Mindfulness to be extremely beneficial and life-changing.
